The Swedish Vallhund origins stem from Sweden.  The primary Breed Standard for the breed is the FCI Standard, this standard is adopted by all countries under the FCI banner which includes most European, Scandinavian, South American and Asian Countries.

The Swedish Vallhund (Vastgotaspets) is listed in Group 5 - Spitz Primative Breeds; Section 3 - Nordic Watchdogs and Herders.  Please find the link to the FCI Breed Standard is below, it can be found in a number of languages.
